Recruiter Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with management on all diversity initiatives involving recruitment to ensure fairness in hiring practices
  • Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs.
  • Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
  • Managing the complete recruitment process till joining of the talent.
  • Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
  • Using standardized screening techniques, Assess the skills, qualifications, and experience of potential candidates.
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, assessments, and in-person interviews.
  • Reviews employment applications and background check reports
  • Preparing the timely issue of appointment letters
  • Inducting new employees with complete sensitivity and empathy.
  • Ensuring completion of joining formalities and documentation
  • Find bottlenecks in the recruiting process
  • Assisting in handling employee queries and grievances
  • Plan employee referral programs
  • Perform candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations and workshops
  • Suggest measures for improving employee retention

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition role assisting with onboarding processes.
  • Preference is manufacturing
  • Firm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Masters or bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, or similar
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to motivate employees
  • A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’ s success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills with great interpersonal and communication skills
  • BSc/BA/MA/MBA in business administration, human resources or relevant field
  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources law.
